Rules & Regulations for Parents
These Rules and Regulations are laid down in the best interest of your child. Kindly read them and assist your child in observing them diligently.
Cooperation & Discipline
GeneralGive your whole-hearted and willing cooperation in all matters pertaining to the education of your child. Please abide by the judgment and decision of the Principal and Staff.
Academic Support at Home
AcademicsSupervise your child's studies at home; send him/her to school regularly. And help him/her to maintain school work neatly.
Reports & Communication
CommunicationDo look for the occasional reports, comments and complaints from teachers entered in the calendar of your child; sign them as proof that you have seen them; and also sign other relevant documents when required.
Rejoining After Vacation
AttendanceThe student who does not rejoin the school within three days after the commencement of a Term or a major vacation shall be removed from the rolls unless leave has been previously applied for and sanctioned by the principal. An absentee will be charged Rs. 100/- per day of absence.
Pre-planned Leave Application
AttendanceMarriage, Tours, Family function, etc. in any pre-planned programme, you are recommended to submit a leave application in advance in a separate paper other than school diary.
Medical Absence Requirements
HealthIn case of absence for more than three days on medical grounds, a medical-certificate must be produced. The medical certificate should bear the rubber stamp of the doctor with the registration number. In case of necessary, the school has the right to have the child re-examined by a doctor acceptable to the school.
Prolonged Absence Consequences
AttendanceIf a student continues to be absent for a month without the previous written permission of the Principal his/her name will be struck off from the roll. In case of readmission, all the fees will be charged afresh.
Open Day & Meeting Protocol
CommunicationYou are restrained from meeting your child or teachers during the class hours without the permission of the Principal. Preferably the Second Saturday of every month is an Open Day when you can meet the teachers and the Principal without any prior appointment.
Early Departure & Security
SecurityNo student is permitted to leave school before time except on emergency health issues and other family exigencies. Students will not be sent with anyone else other than parents, unless an application, with adequate identity proof by the parents, is submitted.
Evaluation & Promotions
AcademicsIn matters of evaluating the answer sheets and the annual promotions, the opinion of the Principal and the staff is binding. No re-evaluation of answer papers and reconsideration of promotions.
Answer Sheet Scrutiny
AcademicsAnswer sheets of the First Term Examination will be shown to you for scrutiny on the day of the Report Card. This provision is made only to assess the performance of your child and hence, no corrections or re-evaluation of answer sheets will be entertained under any circumstance. In case of failure to collect Report card on due date Rs. 100/- per day collected for each passing day.
Disciplinary Actions
DisciplineThe Principal may correct a student in a manner suited to the seriousness or frequency of the offence, which may vary from detention after school hours to suspension, or even expulsion from the school.
Honesty & Responsibility
ValuesPlease do not support the small lies of the children; it will lead to bigger ones later. Love them you must, but not without teaching them responsibility.
Mutual Trust & Confidence
ValuesChildren are your wealth; students are our pride. As you love and care for them, so do we, and intend the best for them. Hence we the staff and parents should have mutual trust and confidence. Never let sparks turn into fire.
Prohibited Items
GeneralVery often students bring to school such items that have nothing to do with studies. Parents must prevent the children from bringing such things to the school. Please do not expect the Principal and the staff to do what the parents are supposed to do.
Infectious Ailments Warning
HealthIt is a matter of deep concern that parents send children suffering from infectious ailments to attend classes or examinations. Such conduct would lead to an epidemic like situation in the school.

Chicken pox
three weeks
Measles and mumps
two weeks
Conjunctivitis
one week
Additional Important Guidelines
Please ensure you follow these essential rules for the well-being of your child
Change of address and telephone numbers must be notified in the office without fail.
Late arrival in the school and leave of absence should be informed in writing.
No gifts to staff and students in the name of birthday celebrations. Please keep this to the lowest key possible.
Send only home cooked traditional food as tiffin to children. No fast food and junk food allowed in the school. Fresh fruits should be sent everyday with children.
School will not provide any conveyance and will not have any responsibility on any eventuality.
Students are not allowed to come to school riding bicycles/ two wheelers without the explicit permission of the principal.
