A Simple & Transparent Admission Journey
At St. Peter's School (Affiliated to CISCE), our admission process is carefully structured to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both students and parents — following official school policy.
Enquiry & Registration
Parents can begin the admission process by submitting an online enquiry form or visiting the school campus. After registration, the admission kit and prospectus will be provided for complete details about curriculum, facilities, and policies.
Student Interaction & Assessment
A simple age-appropriate interaction or assessment is conducted to understand the child's academic readiness, communication skills, and overall development. For Nursery & KG-1, no entrance examination is held. For higher classes, admission is based on vacancies and student aptitude test, with priority given to transfer cases.
Document Verification
Parents are required to submit essential documents including self-attested photocopy of original Birth Certificate issued by Government authority, Aadhar Card, joint photo of child with parents, two passport size photographs of the child, and Transfer Certificate (if applicable) for verification.
Meeting / Identification & Admission Confirmation
Both parents must accompany the child for the scheduled identification meeting. No academic tests are held—this meeting is for security reasons only. The Acknowledgement card and original Birth Certificate must be shown. Once all documents are verified and formalities are completed, parents receive official admission confirmation. Fee payment finalizes enrollment.

Application Process
- Application forms available from school office / online between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm
- Duly filled forms to be submitted on scheduled dates between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm
- Acknowledgement card with date & time of identification meeting provided at submission
- Change in meeting/identification date & time will not be entertained
Required Documents
- Self-attested photocopy of original Birth Certificate (Govt. authority issued)
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Joint photo of child along with both parents
- Two passport size photographs of the child
- Original Birth Certificate to be shown at identification meeting
Important Admission Guidelines & Policy
- Age eligibility: Child must have completed 3 to 6 years as on 1st April for Nursery, KG-1 & KG-2.
- No entrance examination for Nursery & KG-1. Both parents must be present at the time of admission.
- For higher classes: Admission based on vacancies + student aptitude test, priority to transfer cases.
- Co-educational institution with 50% seats for boys and 50% for girls (equality in each class).
- Registration form is non-transferable. No photocopy of forms will be accepted.
- No Kundali, no affidavit for date of birth is acceptable. DOB shall not be changed later as per government order.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected. The school authorities reserve all rights of admission—Principal's decision is final and binding.
Meeting / Identification Process
The date and time of identification are intimated via Acknowledgement card at the time of submitting the Registration Form.
The meeting is held for identification of candidates and parents more for security reasons than any other. During the meeting, no academic tests are held, no questions are asked to measure the intelligence and knowledge of the child.
The candidate should be accompanied by both parents and not by any other relatives. The Acknowledgement card and original Birth Certificate must be shown.
